FUEL UP! Why it isn’t a good idea to skip breakfast

If you are anything like me, you tend to wake up just in time to rush out of the door to reach work just on time. In the process, I tend to skip breakfast. During morning meetings, it is not uncommon for my stomach to growl in protest and lethargy to set in. By lunch time I am usually so overwhelmed with hunger that I tend to overeat. It is no wonder that I feel tired after lunch as my body copes with the demand to digest that large plate of fried rice.
