Psst… Do you know I work for Mr President?

Many people with delusional disorder do not seek help. Without treatment, it can be a life-long illness.

Janice is a secretary who is efficient and helpful. Her boss colleagues like her. But Ruth spends her evenings writing letters to the President and the Prime Minister. She is under the delusion that she’s been secretly commissioned by the State to disseminate highly secret messages to some very important spies. She delivers her letters at night into a postbox of an old and vacant house. Her letters, of course, go unanswered, but she doesn't give up. She just keeps writing. Ruth suffers from one of the delusional disorders, grandiose delusion.
