It affects one third of our 7 year-olds and two thirds of our 12 year-olds. Its about we seriously thought about protecting the eyes of our little ones. More commonly known as nearsightedness, myopia is a condition that affects ones eyes making it difficulty for one to see distant objects, but can see objects that are near clearly. For example, a person who is nearsighted may not be able to make out highway signs until they are just a few feet away. |
